The Leadership Hollywood Program 

Leadership Hollywood, the premier program of the Hollywood Chamber, is highly regarded across Broward County and the State of Florida. This interactive initiative offers participants a deep dive into our community, promoting teamwork and providing a comprehensive understanding of the resources and services available in our city and county. Through this experience, class members gain valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities that our community faces.

Tailored for both current and future leaders, Leadership Hollywood organizes each class into small groups of 8 to 10 individuals who collaborate to identify and address community issues. This intensive nine-month program runs from October to June, culminating in a graduation ceremony.

Leadership Hollywood empowers current and emerging community leaders to understand, connect with, and actively improve our city and county — so we build a stronger, more inclusive, resilient Broward together.
